An intense nose of lime fruit and chalk dust leads to an intensely citric and chalky yet texturally smooth impression in the mouth. The intensity of herb, citrus zest and mineral in the finish leaves you chewing the air. This straight-as-an-arrow Sauvignon might be deceptive in its youthful simplicity but there is no denying a purity and sheer intensity that deserve high marks.
