The 2007 Targum is a deep purple color with an expressive perfume of balsamic, spice box, and assorted black fruits. Dense, rich, and concentrated on the palate with lots of power, it requires a minimum of 3-4 years of cellaring. It will offer a drinking window extending from 2014 to 2027.
