The 2010 Azumbre Verdejo was produced from ungrafted old vines ranging in age from 80 to 140 years. It was fermented with native yeasts and aged sur lie with batonnage for 3 months. It is richer and more concentrated than the preceding wines while displaying outstanding depth, concentration, balance, and length.
