I was certainly disappointed with the 2013 Granbazán Verde, a classic Salnés un-oaked Albari?o that is very light and reaching the end of its life in the difficult 2013 vintage. 100,000 bottles produced.

The 2011 Rias Baixas Granbazan Etiqueta Verde reveals plenty of dried apricot notes in its seductive, light to medium-bodied, elegant, fresh, vigor-filled personality. This dry white would be a superb accompaniment for tapas as well as fish and shellfish dishes. Displays pretty aromas of flowers and green apples, with bright, round flavors of peach and apple making for a pleasant palate. Offers a touch of sweetness and honey at its core. Very typical of the 2005 vintage. ——M.S.(9/1/2006)—— 88
