Produced from what is consistently found to be one of Washington state's finest vineyards, the 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon Ciel du Cheval Vineyard offers gorgeous aromatics of candied black fruits. Pure, focused, and medium to full-bodied, this dark cherry, cassis, rose, and black raspberry-flavored wine is sexy, sultry, and silky-textured. It has outstanding depth, focus, and length. Produced entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, the 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon Ciel du Cheval has a saturated dark ruby color. Its blackberry juice-scented nose leads to a muscular, thick, medium to full-bodied character. Loads of wild black cherries and blackberries can be found throughout its lively, chewy flavor profile.
