Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is scented of crushed black currants and blackberries with nuances of cedar, damp loam and pencil lead. The oak slightly overpowers the medium to full-bodied blackberry and cloves-laced fruit. The acid line is lively with medium to firm level of grainy tannins providing structure through the long finish. Drink it now to 2018+. Deep purple-black colored, the 2009 Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon gives intense notes of creme de cassis and fruits of the forest compote with nuances of cedar, mace and cloves. Full-bodied and richly fruited, it has a medium to firm level of grainy tannins, medium-high acid and a long and pure finish. Drinking nicely now, it should cellar to 2017. The 2007 Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon has a very deep garnet-black color and presents moderately intense aromas of warm cassis and blackberries with some Mediterranean herbs, cloves and moss covered bark. Tight-knit with firm fine-grained tannins, very crisp acid and a moderate concentration of fruit, it’s well constructed with a long harmonious finish. Drink it now to 2019.
