Inama’s 2003 Oracolo is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made from miniscule yields and aged in new French oak. It reveals an intense color and literally bursts from the glass with a stunning array of dark cherries, tar, smoke, mint, toasted oak and chocolate. Made in a rich, weighty style, this wine possesses palate-staining concentration and superb length, yet all of its elements are beautifully in balance. It is a terrific effort. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2015.
Inama is another of the region’s leading producers of Soave. The estate favors a richer expression of the wines, especially evident in the top selections of both Soave and Sauvignon.
