Offering up notes of peonies, rose petals, red berries and spices, the 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes is medium-bodied, satiny and perfumed, with lively acids and a saline finish.

Bursting with aromas of cherries, berries, violets, plums and dark chocolate, the 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and vibrant, with powdery tannins and a crunchy core of fruit.

A beautiful wine, Moreau's 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes bursts with aromas of rose petals, spices and sweet berry fruit. Medium-bodied, lively and perfumed, it's supple and melting, with succulent acids and a saline finish.

Bursting with aromas of rose petals, berries, spices and blood orange, the 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes is medium to full-bodied, charming and succulent, with a perfumed core of fruit, powdery tannins and a nicely defined finish. Vinified with 30% whole cluster and finishing up at 13.1% alcohol, this delicious Chassagne is one of the sleepers of the vintage.

Moreau had already bottled the 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes to capture its explosive fruit, and the wine is showing very well, bursting with aromas of dried rose petals, peonies, cherries and sweet soil tones. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, open-knit and flavorful, with a crunchy core of fruit.
