The 1991 Chambolle-Musigny-Les Sentiers and 1991 Chambolle-Musigny-Les Chabiots both exhibit healthy, medium ruby colors, and sweet, ripe, fragrant bouquets, with Les Sentiers displaying more spice and Les Chabiots more vanillin and pure, sweet, jammy fruit. Both possess medium body, fine balance, moderate tannin, and admirable concentration, as well as a sense of grace and elegance. Although each can be drunk now, they will both keep for at least a decade. Serveau is known for his light, delicate, lacy style of Pinot Noir.
