Aromas of pear, citrus oil and dried white flowers introduce the 2018 Petit Chablis, a medium-bodied, elegantly fleshy wine with lively acids and a saline finish. Bottled under Diam, this will drink well young.

2017年

Bottled in July 2018, the 2017 Petit Chablis is showing well, exhibiting aromas of lemon oil, chamomile and stone fruit pits. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, saline and stony, with succulent acids and a mouthwatering finish. It's crying out for crustaceans.

2016年

The 2016 Petit Chablis offers up aromas of honeysuckle and mandarin, followed by a medium-bodied, tangy palate with delicate textural gloss, tangy acids and a nicely delineated finish. It's a success in a complicated vintage. It's best approached in its charming youth.

The 2015 Petit Chablis, which saw nine months in stainless steel, lacked real fruit intensity in a rather anonymous bouquet. The palate is simple and clean, but felt too straightforward, ending up rather unmemorable in the scheme of things.

The 2014 Petit Chablis undergoes nine months of aging in stainless steel. It has a light and slightly herbaceous bouquet that is inoffensive, but not particularly memorable. The palate is balanced, but is missing real complexity and feels somewhat dilute toward the finish.
