The recommended red wines begin with the 2005 Reserva, a blend of predominantly Tempranillo along with Graciano, Garnacha, and Mazuelo aged for 3 years in American oak. Dark ruby in color, it offers a perfume of cedar, spices, violets, and assorted black fruits. In the glass it opens to reveal savory blackberry flavors, some complexity, and moderate length.
