The N.V. Amontillado Viejisimo V.O.R.S. is a dark amber/orange color with an expressive nose of ginger and marmalade. Very intense, dry, and long, it could easily be substituted for a great Armagnac or Cognac. The “Prestige 50” Sherries from Bodegas Pedro Romero carry the new V.O.R.S. designation authorized by the Jerez-Xeres-Sherry D.O. standing for Very Old Rare Sherry.
