Opening to a beautifully luminous and bright appearance, the 2014 Collio Sauvignon is a pure and streamlined expression. The wine boasts a feather-light framework that supports fleeting and elegant tones of crushed mineral, citrus and fresh honeydew melon. The effect is feminine and graceful. The 2014 vintage was a challenging one, but this wine remains true to form. Very subtle tones of spice and cinnamon dust (from the fruit) appear on the close.
