This is a beautiful white wine made with the age-worthy Timorasso grape. The Broglia 2018 Colli Tortonesi Timorasso Derthona is subtle in terms of bouquet, with a rather neutral personality that makes a good sounding board to light apricot, pear and melon aromas. The focus and intensity of the wine are evident in terms of mouthfeel where the wine is broad, textured and nicely structured. It should be interesting to follow the evolution of this bottle over the next five to 10 years.
