The 2007 Highclimber is 100% Sangiovese aged in barrel for 19 months. It yields aromas of cherry blossom, damp earth, spice box, and black cherry followed by a racy wine with a vibrant palate feel, crunchy flavors, and a medium-long finish. Drink it over the next 6 years. Cadaretta’s wines are currently made at a custom crush facility from purchased fruit as the winery waits for its recently planted estate vineyards to come on line.
