This wine is 100% Sangiovese, with limited quantities (about 250 cases) of the single vineyard Vigna Cerbaia made only in exceptional vintages. The 1995 Brunello di Montalcino Vigna Cerbaia reveals smoke and volume as well as rich, cedary, licorice, black currant, and cherry liqueur aromas.
