The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon, a deep, dark ruby, offers the classic notes of cassis, graphite, rosemary and sage on the nose and a dense, concentrated structure. Like most warm-climate Cabernet, it does not provide the aromatic subtlety of a fine Medoc, but partially compensates with the sweetness of its fruit and its fullness on the palate. Drink: 2005-2015.
