The nicely-concentrated Hunold 2007 Gewurztraminer Cote de Rouffach is redolent of clove oil, celery seed, and rose petal; softly-textured yet not without refreshment; and finishes with a highly satisfying and (to me, at least) welcome absence of sweetness along with black pepper and clove pungency.
