Mainly Bourboulenc and Clairette, with smaller amounts of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, the 2020 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc from Pere Caboche delivers a nose full of ripe pear and pineapple fruit. This tank-fermented effort is medium to full-bodied, plump and fleshy, then turns a bit chalky on the finish.

Bright and citrusy, the nose of the 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc offers up aromas of clementines and limes.
