One of the larger productions from this small estate, at 7,980 bottles, the Drius 2018 Isonzo del Friuli Pinot Grigio shows precision and sharpness with a zesty succession of green apple, honeydew melon and crushed pine nut. The wine comes together nicely and never abandons its promise to deliver an easy, straightforward style to drink with a pesto pasta and plenty of shaved Parmigiano cheese. This is terrific value.
