The 2001 Chianti Colli Fiorentini puts the accent on fruit and freshness in a soft, light to medium-bodied style with much fragrance and focus. It is meant to be drunk young. Le Sorgenti is located virtually within the city limits of Florence, in the first hills with a southern exposure towards Chianti, an area where no one had made wine of any ambition previously.
