The 2007 Malbec which was sourced from a 68-year-old vineyard, fermented with native yeasts, with 50% of the wine aged in French oak insert staves for 6 months. Purple-colored, it has an alluring nose of cedar, violets, spice box, and black cherry. Medium-bodied, it has a smooth texture, ripe, savory flavors, and an easy-going personality.
