The Firestick Brut NV is a sparkler blended of Semillon and Chardonnay sourced from the Hunter Valley. With notes of lemon curd, grapefruit and orange peel, it’s a fresh, clean style providing medium high acidity and a good persistence of small bubbles. Medium to long finish. Excellent value, for drinking now.
