This wine reveals white fruit, spice, and red currant aromas as well as flavors. This is a medium-bodied, intense, expansive, powerful wine with outstanding breadth, freshness, and concentration. The 1997 Riesling Loibner Steinertal Reserve (it has 13 grams of residual sugar more than Smaragd's ranking system will allow) is only available in magnum.
