The fragrant 2008 Voice of Riesling whose fruit comes from Adelaide Hills exhibits mineral notes, spring flowers, petrol, and citrus. On the palate its residual sugar just exceeds the threshold of perception so that it most closely resembles a Mosel Kabinett in style.
