The 2007 CABERNET SAUVIGNON comes in at just 12% alcohol and was aged in French oak for 12 months. It is a respectable little wine, fruity and fun, crisp and flavorful, with some vanilla nuances on the end and a touch of Beaujolais-esque charm. It has a modest mid-palate and finish, but it is bright and cheerful. It has a little backbone, but it won’t reward cellaring or long aeration and it will always seem better when encountered young. Drink now-2011.
