Boulard's NV Brut Cuvee Rose de Saignee is a big full bodied wine loaded with strawberries, raspberries, sweet spices and flowers. The wine offers plenty of concentration and richness, but it could use a touch more finesse and overall polish. This bottle was disgorged August 2nd, 2008. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2010. Boulard is a small producer with holdings across a number of villages. The wines are made in a natural, non-interventionalist style, both in the vineyards and in the cellar.
