The San Lorenzo 2017 Brunello di Montalcino (made with certified-organic fruit) is dark and saturated, and although you get lots of bold and luscious fruit, the oak is also quite evident. It brings forth spice, smoky tar and cedar, so you might need to wait a few more years until that subsides and integrates. The tannins need softening. That said, the wine has the ample fruit to support its many elements and spices.
