The 2010 Barbera d’Alba is fleshy and beautifully balanced from start to finish. Dark red fruit, flowers and spices are some of the notes that take shape in this seductive Barbera. Seghesio’s 2006 Barbera d’Alba needs some time in the glass for the aromatics to clean up and come into focus.
