The estate’s 2007 Thilion is equal parts Torbato and Sauvignon that spends four months in French oak. This is another beautiful wine loaded with personality. The Sauvignon is mostly felt in the wine’s floral, minty aromas, while the oak adds an extra dimension of richness and volume while keeping varietal expression intact. The 2006 Thilion (Torbato and Sauvignon) presents bright, high-toned notes of jasmine, lime and peaches. This lush, suave white should drink well over the next few years.
