The attractive 1993 Pomino, a blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, offers gobs of ripe, sweet fruit (currants and black-cherries), a youthful, exuberant, medium to full-bodied palate, and a spicy, classy, slightly tannic finish.
