This Adelaide Hills Riesling has lively acidity and pretty talc-dust aromas. Its mineral and pannacotta flavors are delicate, and would ideally be a little more concentrated. Could be a factor of the ’04 vintage, in which I’ve found flavor concentration to be an issue. Imported by The Country Vintner. ——D.T.(8/1/2006)—— 87
