The 2007 Idle Hands is 100% Syrah also aged in barrel for 22 months. Aromas of bacon, game, smoke, incense, blueberry, and black cherry lead to a Syrah with a racy personality marked by vibrant acidity, lively uplifted flavors, and a lengthy finish. It can be enjoyed now but will continue to blossom for another 2-3 years.
