The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is a plump, juicy wine well-suited to drinking over the next handful of years. Dark red fruit, licorice, smoke, mint and tar are some of the nuances that flesh out in the glass in this attractive Cabernet Sauvignon. Most of the fruit is from the valley floor.
