Neutral, minerally, salinic and refreshing on the nose, which is exactly what this critic wants from a $10 rosado. Two vintages running this is good, even-flowing rose. The color is on the red side, but the nose dials in on fluffy red-berry aromas. Plum is the primary fruit flavor, and there’s body and a flame of heat and spice to the finish. A good food wine to drink now.——M.S.(8/1/2009)—— 86
