The fine tannins and perfect acidity give structure to this ripe Pinot Noir, making it instantly likeable now, but it’s really a wine to guard for a few years. Thoroughly dry, it shows rich, deep flavors of red and black cherry puree, Dr. Pepper cola, anise and sandalwood, leading to a long, spicy finish.
