The 2008 Bruno’s Blend White I Sauvignon Blanc (with 10% Riesling in the blend) was fermented and raised in tank. It offers up a fragrant nose of melon and citrus leading to a crisp, balanced wine with tasty fruit and medium length. Drink it over the next 12-18 months. Owner/winemaker Justin Wylie’s story, while not quite Horatio Alger-like, involves purchasing a wheat field and within a decade building it into a thriving vineyard and winery.
