The 2011 Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Vigne Nuove is strikingly delicious. Crisp pears, green apples and flowers literally jump from the glass in a refreshing lively white best enjoyed over the next year or two. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2014. The 2006 Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Vigne Nuove exhibits terrific intensity in its deeply layered fruit, with expressive aromatics and notable energy. This beautiful expression of Trebbiano offers incredible value for the money. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2009. I always look forward to tasting the wines of Valle Reale.
