The 2011 Reserva Chardonnay is 70% fermented in stainless steel and 30% in oak, with 50% aged in oak barrels for six months. It has light tropical notes on the simple nose, while the palate is rounded and peachy with a generous, marmalade tinged finish that packs a punch. Drink now-2014. The unoaked 2010 Chardonnay Reserva offers up an attractive, fruity nose featuring green apple, white peach, baking spices, and floral notes. Crisp, refreshing, and vibrant on the palate, it displays a touch of sweetness accompanied by balancing acidity. Drink this very good value over the next 1-2 years.
