The 2010 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Ca' del Pipa Cinque Stelle opens to delicious tones of dark fruit, blackberry, dried spice and Spanish Cedar. This fruit-forward expression does a great job of presenting the sheer intensity, power and elegance of Amarone from a classic vintage like 2010. Velvety tannins are followed by plush, sweet fruit flavors.

Finely balanced, this knits supple tannins to a savory-sweet interplay of sun-dried black cherry, rich, loamy earth, cured tobacco and zesty ground spice flavors.
