Very deep garnet-purple colored, the 2009 Sandown Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced notes of creme de cassis, warm plums and black cherry compote plus nuances of spice box, dark chocolate and raisin cake. Concentrated and full bodied with tons of dried plum and baking spice flavors, it has a good line of refreshing acid and a firm level of graining tannins, finishing long. Drink this one now to 2022+.
