The 2016 Chianti Classico Brolio is a fresh and easy-drinking red wine with lots of vibrant primary fruit. This wine is all about the here and now, and you can sit back with a bottle and a box of take-out pizza for a chilled night at home. This vintage is finely tuned, elegant and nicely balanced. The finish is simple, thin and crisp. Brolio is a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottle production is robust with 600,000 units made.
