The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is scented of green apples, grass and lemon juice with hints of fresh cut herbs. Light-bodied with just enough citrus and apple flavor concentration and a good crisp acid backbone, it finishes medium-long and a little steely. Drink it now through 2013.
