The 2007 Pinot Noir spent 14 months in French oak. Medium ruby-colored with a slightly brick rim, it displays an alluring perfume of toast, earth notes, raspberry, and cherry. Silky on the palate with a bit of underlying tannin and plenty of sweet fruit, this concentrated Pinot Noir will evolve for another 1-2 years and drink well through 2015.
