Bottled at the end of September 2010, the NV Sparkling Shiraz -SB4- gives a deep garnet-purple color and aromas of warm blackberry and black currant with eucalypt, black pepper, licorice and cassia. There's some sweetness (medium dry style) on the fully sparkling palate countered by crisp acid and plenty of spicy, warm bramble fruit flavors.
