Composed of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and 15% Malbec, the 2010 ‘Margaret’ displays a deep garnet color and gentle scents of Chinese five spice and tree bark over creme de cassis, dried plum and black olive notes. The medium-bodied palate is already nicely poised at this youthful stage with a firm level of finely grained tannins and refreshing acid supporting the layered blackberry and earth flavors, finishing long.
