Blended with 4% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has a core of black and red fruit on the nose along with soft sweet oak tones that sway out of the glass with cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom aromas. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is ripe and open-knit, with a balanced structure, lifting tannins and energetic acidity. The finish lingers with oak essence and dusty blackberry tones. This is accessible and ready to drink now. It’s delicious. 1,900 cases produced.
