The 2005 Una Cepa is dark ruby-colored with a sprightly perfume of cedar, tobacco, spice box, lilacs, and assorted blue and black fruits. Supple-textured and medium to full-bodied, it has attractive flavors and good length but could use more depth. Drink it over the next 6-8 years. Clean, strawberry syrup. Some spice, wood and lots of tannin. Should come round. Big wine.
