The Syrah Bakers Gully is a 1,000 case cuvee meant to offer consumers a lower-priced introduction to the Clarendon Hills style. The 2003 exhibits superb black currant and blackberry fruit, hints of tar and licorice, medium to full body, silky texture, low acidity, and ripe tannin. It should drink well for 4-5 years.
