Perrin's debut vintage of a limited production, top of the line, old vine cuvee is the 1998 Chateauneuf du Pape Reserve des Vieilles Vignes, which has been bottled without filtration. Extremely concentrated, powerful, and muscular, it boasts a dense ruby/purple color in addition to thick aromas of cured olives, dried herbs, blackberries, cherries, and thyme.
